A board of machines and hours doesn't fit on a phone, so the Schedule shows Today instead: what every machine is doing now and next. The board opens it by itself on a screen narrower than a tablet; on a larger screen, open it with Today (phone view) in the board's ⋯ menu.
What it shows#
- At the top: chips for the jobs that are late and at risk, the machines that are down and the jobs ready to place, counted as the board counts them. Tap one to list them: ready to place lists those jobs, and tapping one opens it on the board, where jobs are placed.
- A card per machine: its state (running, makeready, down or idle), the current job with its progress, and the next three steps with their times and ready-check icons. Tap a card to open or fold it.
Pull down (or tap the refresh button) to refresh; the page also checks for changes every 5 seconds while it is on screen. Today covers the current working day in your team's time zone.
Change a job from your phone#
Tap a job to open its details at the bottom of the screen. From there you can:
- Move to… another machine (a list of the machines that can take it, with their finish times); a step with Only this machine stays put;
- Hold the job or Release it;
- tick a ready check such as Stock;
- Pin a step at its planned start, or Unpin it (the button changes as you tap it).
Everything else, such as placing new jobs, happens on the board. There is no dragging on a phone.
Run a machine from a phone#
Station on a machine's card opens that machine's station at phone width, with its buttons in a bar at the bottom of the screen.
