This page explains what AutomatePrint collects when you use the website and the service, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account details — your name, email address, sign-in details and team memberships.
- Your team's work — artwork files, proofs, comments, approvals, preflight reports, layouts, estimates and equipment settings you create.
- Reviewer details — the name, email address and comments of people who review a proof you shared. When a reviewer approves or rejects a proof, the decision records their IP address, browser and the proof views they opened.
- Billing — plan and invoice history. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored on our servers.
- Technical data — server logs such as IP address, browser and pages requested, used to run and secure the service.
How we use it
- To run the service: store and process your files, show proofs to the people you share them with, and send the emails you ask us to send.
- To bill your team, provide support and tell administrators about important changes.
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your artwork for anything other than providing the service to your team.
Who else processes it
We use a small number of providers to host the service, store files, deliver email, take payments and monitor errors. They process data only on our instructions. Proofs are visible to anyone holding the private link you share, so share links only with the people who should see them.
The public website pages load the Inter typeface from Google Fonts, so your browser sends its IP address and user agent to Google when it fetches the font. Google's privacy policy applies to that request.
The 3D viewer and the files it loads are served from our own site, not by another provider.
Cookies
- Essential cookies keep you signed in and protect forms (session and CSRF cookies).
- Preference cookies remember your light or dark theme and language.
- With your permission, Google Analytics measures visits to our public website, documentation and Blog pages. It receives basic browser and device information and a page address without its query or fragment. We exclude account pages, team workspaces and private proof links, and do not send names, email addresses, artwork or form entries.
- Choose Essential only to decline analytics, or use Cookie preferences on any public page to change your choice. Your choice and analytics cookies expire after 180 days. We do not enable advertising personalization or Google Signals.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep your team's data while the team is active. Team administrators can delete the team, and you can ask us to delete your account or your team's data at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can see and update your account details in your profile. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to object to how it is used. Contact us and we will respond.
