These terms apply when you or your team use AutomatePrint ("the service"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.
Your account and team
- Keep your sign-in details and API keys secret. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite to your team.
- Team administrators manage members, billing and settings for the team.
- People you share proofs with can view, comment on and approve only what you share with them.
Your content
You own the artwork, files and data you upload. You give us permission to store, process and display them only as needed to run the service for you — for example to preflight, render proofs, impose, screen and export your jobs.
Only upload content you have the right to use. You remain responsible for checking proofs and output files before they go to press; approvals recorded in the service are a record of your customer's decision, not a guarantee of print results.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
- Do not try to access other teams' data, probe or disrupt the service, or get around usage limits.
- Use the API within its published rate and size limits.
Plans, trials and billing
- New teams get a 14-day free trial of the Production plan. No payment details are needed to start it. When it ends, you can choose a paid plan or continue on the Free plan.
- The Free plan has no charge and no time limit. What it includes is described on the pricing page.
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment processor. Prices are listed on the pricing page and exclude taxes unless stated.
- Plan limits such as seats, storage and artworks processed are described on the pricing page.
- Team administrators can change or cancel the plan at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and your data safe, and we improve it continuously. Features may change; if we remove something significant from a paid plan we will tell team administrators in advance.
Ending your use
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your team's data. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or reprint costs, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; for material changes we will notify team administrators before they take effect.
