Quote & design
Type a quick quote like a spreadsheet — sizes, quantities and stocks are understood as you type — or measure straight from the customer's drawing. Material, print, cut and finishing time come from the machines you run, and cartons and shipping boxes are priced the way a converter prices them.

With AutomatePrint
Today: Quoting eats the owner's evenings.
With AutomatePrint: Type “500 4x6 4/4 14pt” and the line is priced.
Today: Boxes are priced from last year's job and a guess at the die.
With AutomatePrint: Cartons and shipping boxes are costed step by step on your machines, and the die is its own line: one you own or a new one, whichever costs less all-in.
Today: Customers email you measurements.
With AutomatePrint: A designer link lets them trace and submit parts themselves — your costs never leave the server.
Type a line the way you'd say it, paste rows from a spreadsheet, or set the scale on the customer's drawing and trace the parts.
Material, print, cut and finishing time come from your stocks and machines. Ready to quote lists anything still missing.
Share a clean quote page, or a designer link your customer fills in themselves.
It lists what's missing — stock prices, a press, equipment rates — with a one-click fix or Price by hand. Presets never carry prices.
Parts on the same stock gang onto forms. Offset tries plans with plates and passes, and the route badge tells you when another route is cheaper.
A box is a row in the quote: type 2.5x1.5x6, pick the style and board, and the blank is drawn to size. Cartons are costed on your press, die-cutter and folder-gluer; corrugated on a flexo folder-gluer or as blanks per 1,000 ft². A new die is priced from its rate card as a separate one-off line that quantity breaks never multiply.
A die you already own sets the ups and costs nothing more to use; a new die can still win when it gangs more ups. Each box line weighs the two under its die policy, with a re-rule, wear or a stripping tool added when the job needs one, and tells your estimator what the other choice would cost. Customers see the die row, never your dies.
