Is Free really free?
Yes. Free has no time limit and needs no card. It includes 2 team seats, 5 GB of storage, proof links with unlimited reviewers, automatic preflight, the Box designer and 3D mockups.
How does the trial work?
Every new team starts with 14 days of every Production feature and 100 GB of storage, with no card. When it ends, choose a plan or keep working on Free. Your files, proofs and dielines stay where they are either way.
What if we go past a limit?
Going past a limit never deletes your work, and you can always download your files. New uploads or team invitations may pause until you are within your allowance. Add storage or seats, change plan, or reduce usage to continue.
Do customers, operators or machines need seats?
No. Customers review through private links and are unlimited on every plan. Printers, cutters, presses and finishing machines are never billed.
Which plan is right for my shop?
Designers and small proof desks can stay on Free. Sign, label, commercial and packaging shops choose Shop: quotes, nesting and cut files, offset work, marks, box quotes and 3D proofs. Plants that screen their own plates, trap packaging or connect an MIS choose Production.
Why Production?
Production adds screening, trapping and custom integration API access, with 25 seats, 2 TB and unlimited runs. Shop with 25 seats and Screening would be $983 a month; Production is $899.
What counts toward storage?
The distinct files you keep: every version, and trash until it is emptied. Identical files and copies count once, and previews are free. Free includes 5 GB, Shop 500 GB and Production 2 TB; paid plans can add 250 GB at a time.
What counts as an artwork processed, or a run?
An artwork processed is each artwork version that goes through preflight or prepress. A run is one imposition run or one nest through the API. Proofs, comments, approvals and nests inside quotes aren't counted. These are fair-use guides, not hard stops, and we'll talk to you before anything changes.
Why is screening an add-on on Shop?
Screening renders every separation at platesetter resolution — the heaviest work the platform does. It's included in Production and Plant; Shop teams can add it for a flat $149 a month, with no per-plate, per-m² or per-device charges.
Is the Box designer really free for commercial work?
Yes. Dieline PDFs and artwork templates from the Free plan can be used for paying jobs. DXF and CF2 die files come with Shop.
Can we change plans or billing later?
Yes, at any time. Move up or down a plan, or switch between monthly and annual billing, as the shop's work changes.
Do you have multi-site pricing?
Yes. Plant is priced per site on one annual contract, from $2,000 a month for the first site. Label and carton copy is on Plant: scan a PDF, keep what you want, and the customer approves it with the proof. Free, Shop and Production do not include it. Talk to us.
